Adam Kostrzewski physiotherapist

Adam is a graduate of the Pomeranian Medical University in the field of physiotherapy. He specializes in orthopedical rehabilitation (including postoperative rehabilitation, back pain, joint pain, sports rehabilitation). He gained his experience while working in Germany, Clinical Hospital No. 2 PUM in Szczecin and in private offices. In his career, he was a physiotherapist for professional MMA athletes, bodybuilders, as well as a handball team. In his work, he emphasizes the accurate diagnosis based on a detailed interview and functional and clinical examination.

Each therapy is selected individually for the patient using the following methods:

– orthopedic manual therapy Kaltenborn – Evjenth,

– HVLA manual therapy,

– FDM fascial techniques,

– Medical acupuncture (dry needling),

– kinesiotaping,

– IASTM (Soft Tissue Tool Therapy),

– medical training.

Adams leisure time:

– during the pandemic, he was actively involved and helped patients by working in a temporary hospital,

– loves animals and has 16 cats at home,

– loves to cook, often cooks for family and friends,

-after hours he likes to read fantasy and travel

– a lover of all kinds of sports – martial arts, water sports and crossfit are his way to relax!
